Con Artists for Old Mutual Funeral Policy

I have a funeral policy with Old Mutual. This is not the first time they doing this so I request a cancelation with immediate effect and a return of my ****ing funds. My debit date is thee 7th of each month why was I debited Today?? You fools done this previously and I said there would not be money who pays bounced debit fees?? I call your call center no ****ing answer but a sales call gets answered immediately. Cancel this ****ing policy going back to my previous service provider!! I want yo be reimbursed
