I would like to take this moment and thank 2 lovely, friendly and professional ladies who assisted me with my query.

Thato Mello and Tiny from Polokwane Branch(Checkers), they took ownership of a claim/query which was pending for over 8 months. i was sent from pillar to post with no one willing to take full responsibility. but since they took over, the issue was resolve quickly.

They were making follow-up calls and updated me through out the entire process. I am writing the review with a GIGANTIC SMILE ON MY FACE.
