Completely USELESS

<p>I'm so annoyed and frusted with this crowd, I don't even know where to begin... but what I can say, if you need any financial service/s - DON'T USE THIS CROWD, they are completely useless. I feel sorry for the good employees, PR and Marketing Departments who work hard to re-build it's images, only for *********** Financial Advisers, Call Centre Staff and useless Branch Personnel to tarnish it overnight. <br /><br /></p> <p>On 14 July I was there to cash-out my investment/s, up until today, noone knows why I have not been paid out, if it's not one story, it's another. I call and email, not luck.</p> <p> </p> <p>VERY USELESS! What a great brand! Can't say the same about the service.</p>
