Completely ***********

I have been trying to submit a death claim for 2 policies that I am the beneficiary for. My financial advisor has sent numerous emails requesting claim forms and Old Mutal is giving us the complete run around. They deny having the policies, deny the policy has a nominated beneficiary even though I have sent though all the original documents. This company seems totally *********** and now I am battling to claim for a policy that my father faithfully paid for decades!!! I am now considering moving my own policies after seeing how badly they have handled the death claim.
