Complete lack of service.

I have bee waiting for feedback on a debit query emailed to Old Mutual since the 9 of October. It's almost an entire MONTH later. No email response, no calls. I received a single sms almost 2 weeks ago stating my request is being processed and nothing since then. Absolutely pathetic service. I'd hate to think what would happen when one actually has a claim.
