COMPLAINTS DEPT !!!!

I am trying to get hold of Old Mutual Complaints Dept. It is impossible. Phoned the 2 toll free numbers they give on the web, (Which are not toll free), but end up talking to a COMPUTER that just wants a policy number. Tried the email icon but as I use GMAIL and not whatever they use, it does not work. HOW DO I GET HOLD OF THE COMPLAINTS DEPT??????
