Complaints being ignored

This would be my 3rd complain on Hellopeter and i have already sent countless emails to Old Mutual complaints, and to date no one has contacted me giving me any feedback, all i get told is they working on it and someone is going to call me for the last 2 weeks.<br> <br> Im so highly frustrated, surely someone actually does there job at Old Mutual
