Good day my Name is Moloko Jack Maoto, I had my services with Old Mutual for more than 5years now of recent I was there to review my policies,I happened to be at Old Mutual Labdross Mare Polokwane and the lady assisted me it happened that I stayed there cause the consultant said I must wait for her she is still heading to bathroom,The Area Manager saw me in the branch without politely greeting me or asking why am I there she said "Why do I always frequent Old Mutual" I asked surprised "Cant I review my policies here" she said don't I know that my right of admission Reserved and she has within her power to have me not to ever step by the door of Old Mutual " The issue is troubling me cause I am paying my premiums there and wished to keep staying my service with them but I re thought of the mistreat and ask if she says now that I am no longer allowed access maybe I should be refunded all my money of the policies for Funeral I would go another institution wherein I could freely allowed access to have a review of my products whenever I feel free to, Please escalate this further but from where I am seated I no longer want nothing to do with Old Mutual
