My name Johannes, I lodged a claim last year to date is not paid and they keep on looking for the same information and the Doctors provided then but they keep on saying they didn't get, I have used lots of money for doctors medical report and I am not working due to medical onboarding and I had a dissability policy with them now their staff are more than rude to me keep on saying they will escalate the matter my policy number ********** 7 My number is ********** 975

22 Jul 2019, 15:50Please be notified that still I didn't get any help on the above matter even after providing the company with what they needed ,I am still waiting todate.i was dealing with a Gentleman by the name of Brent but off recently I dont get him on the line .please assist
