Complaint_Unpaid insurance claim

I am very disappointed with the service at old mutual , It has been 3 months since my father passed on , He had investment with Old Mutual and had a will with them , we have filled and signed all the documents that needed to be signed in July and i've sent them an email regarding the matter but they have never get back to us.
