Complaint - Unauthorized increase in premium

Good Day,

I write this message in utter disappointment.

The below policy was taken in 2012 & it was agreed that the premium will be kept fixed for the entire term of the policy however I noted that for the last year I have been debited R715.00 & not the agreed R572.00

I will like matter to be resolved urgently and for Old Mutual to reimbursed the difference between the agreed premium (R572) & the erroneous premium (R715) for the twelve (12) month period.

R715 – R572 = R143

R143 x 12 = R1716

Amount to be reimbursed = R1716
