Complaint Regarding Unsolicited Communications

I am writing to formally complain about repeated unsolicited phone calls and SMS messages that I have been receiving from your company. Despite my attempts to inquire about the source of my contact information during these calls, the call is abruptly disconnected without a proper response.

I wish to clarify that at no point did I consent to your company contacting me or authorize my personal details to be used for communication purposes. The frequency and nature of these communications have now escalated to what I consider harassment.

I kindly request that my contact details be immediately removed from all your marketing lists, and that no further contact be made without my explicit consent
