Complaint regarding ******** debit order

I am really unhappy with Old Mutual. I received a phone call from one of their agents last week who suggested that I do a quotation for one of my funeral covers. She did the quotation and I told her that I would go think about it and the next thing I see is a debit order from my bank account. I have not said that I am accepting the quotation. I said I will go think about it and did not give any permission for money to be debited from my bank account. I don't understand who gave them permission to debit my account. this is so unacceptable!!!!
