Complaint Mtyongwe

CEB***,I took out a funeral plan for my brother in April 2023,I was told there is 12 months waiting period for natural death ,and nine for accidental/unnatural death.my brother Zuko Mtyongwe was found stabbed to death in November2023,I lodged a claim with the hope to pay for the funeral.,to my surprise it didn't pay within 24 hours as I was promised.After following up,I was told they are liasing with investigating officer though we submitted police declaration report and postmotermreport from forensic.No one made contact with me but was surprised to get a SMS telling me that Old Mutual has paid my premiums back on my Money account though I was expecting a claim payout.No decency to tell me the reason for that till today.I want Old Mutual to pay me my Claim cover amount urgently as promised.im in debt as I had to borrow money to pay for funeral.from Phumeza Mtyongwe,***
