Complaint handled swiftly and resolved speedily!

I entered a complaint about the service from Old Mutual after losing my dad. Carol Olckers handled the complaint and contacted me immediately. Despite my frustration because of the long delay, she managed to calmly attend to my complaint with patience and understanding as well as empathy. I truly appreciate this as it was a very difficult time for me and she lessened my frustration considerably by attending to and following up on my allegations. This has resulted in the claim being resolved speedily for which I thank her, but more especially, I thank Old Mutual for employing someone of her character and personality to deal with frustrated clients. I hope she get a promotion very quickly as she is an asset to Old Mutual. Thank you very much Carol Olcker!
