Complaint

I am fed up with old mutual,my father passed on last year November and he had money with old.mutual we made a claim in December and they told us the money will be available within 10 days it's been 3 almost to 4.months now and nothing I keep on calling and being put through from one department to another ,I am stuck because my mother and siblings were dependent on my father ,what does old mutual think these people are surviving with,how will get help if no one is able to assist me
