Complaint : Delays & Errors In Finalising Estate

I am very dissatisfied with the way my mothers estate was handled. I won't give all the details on this review but I sincerely hope that someone contacts me urgently from Old Mutual . I was told on Wednesday last week that the Arbitration Complaints Dept would contact me regarding this . To date , no one has contacted from there or from either Veritas BOE, Nedbank Estates Coastal that I had copied in on that same complaint.
