COMPLAINT

I've been insured for almost 10 years by Old Mutual and I've never even for once missed a payment. On my 1st claim, I was given R7 860.98 instead of R18 000. I went to enquire at Vereeniging branch then the consultant that was helping me called the Head office for me and I laid my complaint, not even one of the consultants from head head office helped us instead they dropped the calls. So I'm pleading with anyone who can assist me in this matter to please do so, so that I can what's owed to me.
