My mother martina mothembi is a client at old mutual she has a policy with them for 10 years now they sent her an sms stating that her policy has relapsed since june 2019 but they have been deducting money from her account every month through stop order her last payment was in august 2020. Now its been said they will only refund her R2000. She would like your assistance in the matter.
