Complaint

I went to Old mutual branch i gateway on the 25 September 2021 to request for partial withdrawal on my investment. The consultant was not friendly, he was very slow. After sitting with him for 30 minutes, he called someone and told them the system is slow. Without explaining same to me. That lady asked me to move to another cubicle. It took him another 30 minutes to do whatever he was doing. He than made me sign manually. The process normally takes 5 days. Onthe 30 September i receiced a sms stating i should submit documents. I called the head office and i was told that there is no claim and was asked to redo the claim or contact the branch. I called the branch and the manager Ntokozo said my claim was sent and i will be getting my money soon. Until this dau i have not received it. I went to the branch again today. Was told i will get it next week. I hvasae never recieved such bad service. It like i was asking for a loan. Today she said if she could she would have transferred her own money to me.
