Complaint

I am so disappointed with Old Mutual. They failed to do a simple thing, which is amending my policy and send me a new documents with the correct information. I gave up and called to cancel my Policy. Now they won’t cancel my Policy. Imagine what would happen on claiming stage if they cannot do a simple thing now. How do I win in this situation because Old Mutual is not willing to assist me
