COMPLAINT !!! BAD SERVICE

I don’t even want to gift a 1rating. I have been claiming from Old Mutual for the death of my partner since July and to date nothing has been done !! I get sent sms ‘s and todays sms was the last straw!! It’s been 5 month and all documents and call recordings are there but they still not processing. I sent so many emails to service requirements @oldmutual.com and absolutely NO HUMAN BEING replies or acknowledges the emails. SINCE JULY!! That email service is like talking to a ghost!! I’m also going to report this to the ombudsman! I have attached call reference numbers to my emails and I’m utterly disgusted by the poor unprofessional service from this company!! Easy to debit people’s money but you fall short to process a claim !!! SORT THIS OUT AS IN YESTERDAY
