Complaint against old mutual

My name is Siphelo I had a funeral cover with old mutual for my late mother, after her passing I requested them to take the same premium I was paying for her & debit it as savings from September 2023 till February 2024 which amounts to R2400.00. On 04/03/2024 I cancelled the savings plan & claimed back my money. To my suprise I got R1437.58 which is far less without a proper explanation. Kindly assist
