Complaint about Old Mutual

Hellopeter, I have invested money at Old Mutual since 2015 and last week I went to check my investments at Old Mutual in order to know how much are my investments including interests but to my surprise there were no interests added instead my investments were less by 18%. I asked the consultant to explain to me why my investments were reducing and the consultant told me that its because of the charges. I asked the consultant what charges because I have never been told about any charges of my investments when I took my investments with Old Mutual. I told the consultant that I want all my money back which I have invested and the consultant told me that they will penalise me if I take my investments before maturity. I told the consultant that its totally unfair for Old Mutual to penalise me because I am not happy that my investments are reducing and I have never been told about charges and never received any contract from Old Mutual. I also told the consultant that this is a **************** because when you invest money you expect to get it back with interest. I am very disappointed with Old Mutual because I thought Old Mutual was a reputable company but not knowing Old Mutual is robbing people. Please assist!
