Complaint about Old mutual
I had a bad service experience with this company called” Old mutual “ I have funeral policy and investment with them, what hurting me the most is I'm not behind with the payments. I canceled the investment plan last month 05 July 2024 I followed all the procedures needed but till today I have not received my money, Today 05 August 2024 I decided to make a phone call to enquire about the claim from the Head office to the branch none of them is giving me a valid reason, and I'm now worried about me and everyone who has business with this company that is ****med or is this how they operate. I need help to get my money back and I'm not going to be quite until I get my money.

You are so quickly to reply to hellopeter to act as if you are willing to resolve this issue, I'm going to send this issue to social media platforms I think it will make sense of how I'm devastated with this company , also to help poor South Africans .
