Complaint about Old Mutual

After both emailing and calling Old Mutual telephonically countless times, I have exhausted all my options and lost all hope that I will ever receive a response. Once I was lucky enough to get a response in which I was requested to send necessary information but once I emailed the requested documentation, this person failed to get back to me ever again. I followed up twice with no luck.

How am I to get through to Old Mutual?

I am at my wits’ end. I hope this complaint will be given urgent attention.
