Complaint

I called OM and I go through to an agent her name is Ferouza she was so rude and annoyed if that is the level of service your agents give to clients and you deem it as acceptable you will have no clients at all . Please go and listen to that call and tell me if that is the manner you adress your stakeholders. I was on hold for 12 min only for her to tell me am in the incorrect department and does not understand why I don't have the correct number, her attitude stinks With so much competition out there and this is how you treat your customers wow..
