Complaint!

I wanted to cancel my policies. I was told to go to the branch. I work weekdays and today being a Saturday, I went to the branch, in Chris Hani Crossing, both branches had no electricity due to load shedding, and I had to return. I wasted my money, and when the their customer care called me, I spoke to Sesethu, she told me they can't help me, I should go to the branch. I advised her that the branch can't assist due to load shedding, and she just hung up on me. I need to know then how else should I do this. I want to cancel and my money from investments paid back, and Old mutual, the whole company cannot help me!!!
