Complaint

I have canceled everything I had with old mutual because they blocked my money account card but they keep accepting money in, I went to the branch in Bizana they told me the system says I don't qualify to open my account while my money is there, and they called money account line and promised to fix the problem through their IT specialists but up to date no correspondence nothing, they just quiet with my money
