Complaint

<p>I had consolidations with Old Mutual Finance until 2016 when I paid all the debts amounting to R129 000. 00. I am struggling to purchase a property because of my credit rating in ITC which old mutual is one of the reason. I contacted Old Mutual several times and I was told it will take 28 days which I do not have because the account appearing on the ITC was settled in 2015. I requested Old mutual this morning to send Experian an instruction to clear that account asp and they gave me an e- mail to send the request which is not going through. I need this matter to be resolved today as Im occupying the property I am buying and the banks that are financing me they urgently need to proceed with the application.</p>
