complaint

I find the way old mutual is conducting business very unprofessional. upon opening a tax free from my son online i submitted all the required documents to old mutual. now upon withdrawal they advise they require an unabridged certificate, this was not the pre-requisite upon opening this account. It is ********* and does not follow code of conduct. They should have declined opening this account from inception as per the legislation, if the required documents were not meeting the criteria then the tax free was not suppose to be opened. I want the funds from my son's account released, actual i demand that they are released as i have met my requirements for having that account in place for my son. I have also lodged a complaint with their complaints department without any acknowledgement from any of their employees. This better be sorted out. And i want is sorted out without me going to any police station for any affidavit nor visiting the home affairs to make an unabridged certificate. This matter will be resolved and sorted out with the original documents i gave upon opening this account and the same documents i gave upon withdrawal from the set tax free.
