Complaint

I have logged a complaint in on of their branches regarding my premium that has been excessively deducted without my consent and my knowledge. It has since been 3 weeks and I am the one who has to follow them up. They have been deducting R500 extra for 9 full months and are sending me pillar to post for my refund. One of the managers Mr. Ganief Fataar has been of help by investigating the money and has agreed that they was a mandate that was written to deduct my account without my consent and the money is lying in their suspense account they don't know what they should be doing about it and he allocated OMP managers to do a refund which they are not doing it. I want my money urgently
