Complaint

I'm very disappointed of the client service that the Greenacres the bridge Mall branch had provided as a pregnant woman I had to queue for more than an hour to be attended too, there was nothing that the branch manager could do even after complaining regarding their service. I believe that in my condition I shouldn't queue for this long same applies on a Disabled person.
