COMPLAIN-Unsuccessfull Consolidation loan application
<p>I once app**** for a consolidation loan 4 months back, but it was declined because i am not getting a basic salary. I'm employed on an ongoing contract. I earn above R5000 a month(net salary). I have to settle my debt with African bank before the end of September 2016. I find it very difficult to understand why i'm being declined. I tried applying online today but it was declined still. As one of of your customers i feel that it's unfair for me to be declined due to the fact that i'm not getting a basic salary as advised by one of your consultants at Westgate branch, hence when I app**** for policies with you, they were processed almost immediately. </p>
