Complain

I took a personal loan at old mutual branch in klerksdorp. On numerous occassions since July 2019 , I visited the branch requesting the cancellation of credit life policy in substitute by my life cover insurance policy so as to serve as protection or security while paying the loan back should anything happen to me. My policy got the same requirements as the credit life policy I.e death cover as well as disability cover.I don't get any satisfactory feedback regarding this. I felt it was unnecessary for me to take another policy having the policy that can substitute the credit life insurance. M.T Spandeel
