Complain about Old Mutual Singular shares "Bula Tsela shares"

I am very disappointed at Old Mutual Singular shares,

They sold us shares and after we paid they now refund the money we paid for the shares claiming that our application was not successful, how possible is that if they accepted the application at first and authenticated all FICA documents that we uploaded, this is so unfair, I feel that they wanted to secure shares with our money before the closing date and later on refund our monies,

I am extremely disappointed at this scheme, I even lost interest in all Old Mutual products, I just do not have a choice of moving my annual annuity and life cover to another financial institution, I it was possible I would do it immediately,
