Complain about my investment request

Hi I visited old Mutual bank to invest my money, due to unexpected situations in our homes I went to request for an amount of 15000 on Monday because I need to use it urgent, in 15mins ago I got a message telling me this:Old Mutual: MS Nontobeko Zuma. Thank you for providing the information to complete your request on ***7. We cannot proceed with this transaction as the policy is in a restriction period at this time. . Tel ***. Ref CEB***. FSP&Ins. T&Cs. I really need it, in fact I need my whole amount I don't want to be under old Mutual anymore my kid need to go to school, reason I need it it's because Nsfas didn't pay.
