COMPLAIN

i have made a funeral claim last week, nothing was paid. we needed money for the funeral was last week.its been another week after funeral still no payment. they are asking me same document that i have made to be absent twice from work to submit the document they request me to send over and over again. when i call the call center, they made me hold for 9 min and my airtime was finished before i ****ke to any consultant. this is disturbing and unacceptable.
