Complaining about service iv given by the lady called Mndebele Nelisiwe her attitude was totally a mess regards my question she even told me to cancel my policies if I’m not happy with old mutual after I wanted to know about my policies And since I was not happy I told her I will report her to the manager she then said I must report her she don’t have a problem I should carry on Her service was totally bad as hell I’d never advice any of my enemies to go experience what I experienced from her nonsense attitude
