Complain

I'm Misiwe P Sikosana,I have 4 policies with this insurance,I'm not happy at all about their services. 2021 they debit lot of money into my account when I asked it back they refused to do that they keep on saying my policies are behind of which was not true what I did I took premium holiday in 2020 because I wasn't have money income that time ok, 2021 I paid well because I was ok but they kept on calling me told me that my policies are behind because I was confused I asked them to arrange and claim they took more that R2000, this year they doing exactly that last month they double debit when I asked they said my policies are behind I asked them which month they failed to confirm the month because they know very well that it's not true.i went to nearest branch for clarity the guy insured me the my policies are up to date he even saw that double debit and advised me to call them I did the lady who was assisting me promise to send me statements till today there is no statement nothing.
