Complain

Hammarsdale branch at the junction mall. Poor poor poor service. The receptionist khanyi has attitude and spend hours chatting to her friends instead of assisting clients. There are 10 consulting stations but only two work while 5 or more clients sit and wait. It would be nice if the they can be more helpful since all of us have commitments and can't afford to spend all day in one place. This has made me want to even cancel my policies with old mutual after such good service i received over the phone. It a crying shame that the local branches can not offer it customers that exact treatment.
