Competence and **********

I had a loan with old mutual and had to pay it for a much longer period then they offered a 30% discount in August 2019 and i paid the whole amount with a 30% discount, boom in October 2019 they put me under lawyers to pay the same amount of 30% discount they did not stop there and went in my bank account with FNB and debited again without my approval and able to lock the debit not to be reversed and FNB allowed it which confused me even more, let alone the debit was not authorised they even locked it its the whole week now i cant get my money back and no one knows what happened and how been in and out on both branches FNB and old mutual they playing with all about 24hrs turn around which has not happened then now meaning today they say it will take 14 working days now which really upset me.
