******* company that refuses to give me my refund
I am livid with Old Mutual this company refuses to refund me my money after I payed double for my premiums in March 2026, the debit order didn’t go through on the 27th of February 2026 and on the 5th of March I went to the branch at Protea Glen mall where I was given banking details to pay at the post office which I did, then on the following day the debit order went through. I have since been taken from pillar to post and have not received a clear explanation why they can’t give me my refund after submitting all the required documents! I want my money back!!!!!!!!
