COMPAINT RESOLVED WITHIN TWO WEEKS
i will like to take this opportunity to thank Coleen Aanhuizen for assisting me in cancellation of my retirement fund after i received a bad service at Daveyton branch. it only took Coleen Aanhuizen two weeks to wrap up my complaint, she send me emails and contacted me through the process, i wish all old mutual branches will have people like her, and i think she deserve a 20% increase on her bonus.
