Compain

I recently found out that i have a policy at Old mutual which i know nothing about. Apparently it started in 2019 and the money was deducted from my payslip. There is also the person in that policy and i dont know who the person is. I just find out recently because i wanted to join that i already have the policy at Old Mutual. I went to Old mutual and they said they will investigate but they will not stop deducting the money because if they stop i will forfeit the money that they are supposed to pay back. Im confused now and i dont know if i will ever get my money its been 4 week now everytime i call they say im on que
