Comolaint

I resigned from where I was working last year November and I was sent withdrawal forms to complete for my provident claim in December. I recently received an email telling me to contact a certain old mutual number with correct banking details. I tried calling and it said the number doesn't exist. So does that mean I'll never get my money now since the number does not even exist
