Communication non existant

When the death certificate was issued I went with my friend to assist her in arranging. First office in Jeffreys Bay told me to go to the other office down the street. Once there, they told us no Client Service ... that is VERY true. I sat on phone for hours listening to music. Then emailed. Got response that it was received and they will get back to me. (still waiting....) Found another number, called, was said will have to go to Port Elizabeth. My friend went. She was told the money would be in her account after 48 hours. More than 48 hours passed, no money. The morning before the funeral phoned the number that called her on cell: Spoke to Phakiso who assured me it isnt his job, he only deals with removal of body and put me thru to Blaadley Ferbruary, who also had no interest but put me thru to Ciske. Again, no happiness and by now I am shouting ... I opened Google to search for a number that actually worked, I got to Coslin. No help. Place the problem on Facebook, and someone called who promised to sort out ... never heard from that one again. Turns out the other beneficiary had to sign, that wasn't communicated. END : funeral with no body, no finances paid out ...
