I have had my funeral policy over three years and only recently when my husband went through my debit order, he realized that My Old Mutual debits each policy I have independently. Meaning my bank charges, and policy increases affect me significantly. After calling Old Mutual numerous times, they will not assist me into making this one policy like they were supposed to initially. This strategy is a commission **** and they need to rectify this.
