Come on Old Mutual Just reply to emails sent to service@oldmutual
I have just received my statement from OM, sent a query on Monday regarding the values currently and expected maturity in Aug 2020. Have not heard a single thing from them. You would think that after all the negative press received this past week that they would up their service standard. I have not even received a reply email from a human at OM. Pathetic, after nearly 30 years of paying, what a joke
