Collapsed life insurance- no help here, no care for customers

I’m so disappointed at this company. My mom has been a member with multiple packages but since she’s now old and sick they don’t give a damn. They truly don’t care. My mother was medically boarded due to her healthy. When this happened she couldn’t pay her life insurance covers for 3 months. They collapsed. We have been trying to reinstate her insurances since since last year. The Old Mutual brand here in Lusikisiki is absolutely the WORST! They have not been able to help us, they don’t give feed back at all, no follow ups! No nothing. Here this, last week when I asked for a feedback from a person that was handling our case he told me that he no longer works there. When I asked why he didn’t tell me or refer me to another person who will help. He didn’t care to respond. I went to see the manager. She didn’t show any concern or care. Didn’t even look up the case. I’m so disgusted by the service we’ve been getting from this company. I wouldn’t spend a dime here! Just money suckers but no actual help when their customers need it the most.
